raph config pack

Description Changelog

This config pack contains:
- RInput: for more efficient mouse movements
- codxt: a client extension for Aim Down Sight Sensitivity support, and more
- setoptimizations.cfg: a set of cvars to optimize the game
- readme.txt: usage instructions and additional information

Everything is open source, the github repos links are listed in the readme file.

- set 0 for r_diffuseSunQuality and r_diffuseSunSteps, which seem to have same effect as -1 an 1
- put codxt in a folder instead of an archive for easier installation
