r_mode -1 menu support

The .pk3 in this .zip, when in CoD main folder, makes the -1 Video Mode option available in the Graphics menu. It is done by just adding ""-1" -1" to the options_graphics.menu file. Making you able to switch from a small resolution window, to your prefered custom resolution in fullscreen, with just few clicks, instead of having to write in the console.
