trap door behind bookcase in library (leads to tunnels under castle)
fireplace (leads to top of small tower)
trap door in coffin (leads to the fg42)
next to grandfatherclock you will find a passage door to the armory
wall ladder that goes to bunker on top of tall tower

To access some of these passage ways ,u have to press your "use key" at the right time.
The default key is "F"
