BBC Hell's Gate First Edition (revised)

Due to the map not running alongside the AWE Mod, the following changes were made to try and address the issue:

2 Tanks each side removed
Windmill Sails removed
1 Jeep removed
90% of Rockets & Satchels removed
88's Removed

Cosmetic changes:

Both Flamethrowers were placed in a more accessible place each side ;)
A few of the Tanks were repositioned
The jetty spawn on the Russian side was moved to a less annoying point :)
