Valley BAS LD

I found a .map file for this map, but it only had DM, TDM, and SD modes. With Camper's help, I converted it into a base assault map for the BBC clan. Then I added CTF, HQ, and BEL modes. I significantly improved the map, added a tunnel, and made it more open so vehicles could be driven. I also added vehicle skins that only work on this map.
