[BBC] Edit - moved vehicles and spawns nearer to the enemy, so it plays a little quicker :)

There was a glaring lack of Tanks. Americans had 6 - Germans had 3

Each side now has 8 Tanks
7 Jeeps per side
Tanks are in a more forward position relative to the enemy bases
More forward Spawn points added on both sides

All of the above is an attempt to speed the map up a little...you be the judge
